Can I rent a car without a driver?
Yes, selected cars are available for self-drive. You need a valid CNIC or passport and a driving licence, and a refundable security deposit is collected at pickup.
How is the rental price calculated?
Rentals are charged in 24-hour blocks from your pickup time. Short overruns within the grace period are free; longer ones are charged by the hour, never more than one extra day. You see the full breakdown before you confirm.
Is the security deposit part of the price?
No. The deposit is held separately and returned after the car comes back, minus any agreed charges such as fuel top-up or damage.
How do I pay?
Pay in cash at our office, by bank transfer, or online where available. Bank transfers are confirmed once our accounts team has verified the funds.
When is my booking confirmed?
Our team reviews each request and confirms it, usually within a few hours. You will see the status change in your account and receive a notification.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pending requests can be cancelled at any time from your account. For confirmed bookings, the cancellation fee depends on how close to pickup you cancel — see the cancellation policy.
Do your drivers know the northern areas?
Our chauffeurs regularly drive outstation routes. Tell us your route when booking and we will assign a driver who knows it.
