Who can see it

Only staff who need it for your booking. Drivers see only your first name, phone number and trip details.

How long

Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by law. Identity documents are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can view and update your profile at any time and ask us to correct or delete your data where the law allows.
