A booking is a request until our team confirms it. Prices are calculated by our system at the time of booking and shown in full before you send the request.
Rental period
Rentals are charged in 24-hour periods from the pickup time. A short grace period applies to returns; after that, extra time is charged per started hour, up to one day's rate per day.
Self-drive requirements
The driver must hold a valid driving licence and present a CNIC or passport at pickup. A refundable security deposit is held for the rental period.
Vehicle condition
We record mileage, fuel and existing damage with you at pickup and again at return. Fuel shortfall, extra distance beyond the allowance, late return and new damage may be charged. Every charge is itemised and shown to you.
Payments
You can pay in cash at the office, by bank transfer or online where available. Bank transfers count as paid once verified by our accounts team.
