Cancellation and refund policy

This text is a starting draft and must be reviewed and approved by Khan Motors & Tours and its legal adviser before launch.

Requests that have not yet been confirmed can be cancelled free of charge from your account.

For confirmed bookings the following fees apply, based on the time remaining before pickup:

  • 48 hours or more before pickup: no fee
  • 24 hours or more before pickup: 25% of the booking total
  • Less than that: 50% of the booking total

Refunds of amounts already paid, less any cancellation fee, are approved by our accounts team and returned by the original payment method where possible. Security deposits are returned after the vehicle is checked in, less any agreed charges.
